Conference Terms and Conditions

Event Date: February 13th – 14th, 2026​
Organizer: NextGen Leaders

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your registration for and participation in
Future Unleashed: Bold Thinkers Redefining Possibilities (“Conference”) organized by NextGen
Leaders (“Organizer”). By registering for the Conference, you agree to these Terms in full.


1. Registration & Payment

1.1. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.​
1.2. All prices are listed in USD ($) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.​
1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to deny or cancel registrations at its sole discretion.


2. Refund Policy

2.1. Full Refund: Cancellations received in writing at least 15 days from registration date will
receive a full refund.​
2.2. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received more than 15 days from
registration date, or for no-shows.​
2.3. All refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.​
2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Conference. In such cases,
registered attendees will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a
future event.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to help@nextgenleaders.co​
3.2. If the Conference is canceled by the Organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.,
natural disaster, public health emergency, venue closure), registered attendees will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.​
3.3. The Organizer is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by
attendees in the event of cancellation.​
3.4. Attendees are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.


4. Privacy Policy

4.1. The Organizer collects and processes personal data (including name, contact details, and
payment information) solely for the purposes of registration, communication, and Conference
logistics.​
4.2. Attendee information may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by the
Organizer for Conference-related services (e.g., venue, catering, IT support).​
4.3. The Organizer may use attendee names, photographs, or video recordings for promotional
purposes unless the attendee opts out in writing before the Conference begins.​
4.4. Attendees have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by
contacting help@nextgenleaders.co.


5. Liability Waiver

5.1. The Attendee acknowledges and understands that attending the Conference may involve
inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or death. The
Attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with participation in and travel to/from
the Conference Site​
5.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Attendee hereby releases, waives, and
discharges the Organizer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and
contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever
arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by the
Attendee or to any property belonging to the Attendee while participating in the Conference or
while on the Conference Site.​
5.3. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance, and personal
property.​
5.4. The Organizer may make changes to the program, speakers, venue, or schedule without
liability, provided such changes do not fundamentally alter the nature of the event.


6. Code of Conduct – Zero Tolerance

6.1. Zero-Tolerance Policy: Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive
behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to
harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or national origin. The
Organizer is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all
attendees, presenters, sponsors, and staff. ​
6.2. The Attendee agrees to comply with all Conference rules, regulations, and instructions
provided by the Organizer or venue staff.​
6.3. Any individual violating this policy may be removed from the Conference without refund and
may be barred from future events.​
6.4. Reports of harassment or misconduct should be directed to help@nextgenleaders.co. All
reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.


7. Presenter Responsibilities

7.1. Presenters agree to deliver presentations in a professional, respectful, and factually
accurate manner.​
7.2. Presenters must ensure that their materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual
property rights.​
7.3. Presenters grant the Organizer the right to record, reproduce, and distribute their
presentations (including slides and audiovisual content) for educational and promotional
purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.​
7.4. Presenters are responsible for meeting deadlines for submission of presentation materials
and attending scheduled technical checks.


8. Travel and Accommodations

8.1. Attendees are solely responsible for booking and paying for all travel and lodging
arrangements, including but not limited to:

  • Airfare and airline fees​
  • Train, bus, and other ground transportation​
  • ​Hotels, Airbnbs, hostels, short-term rentals, and any other lodging​
  • Ride-shares, taxis, rental cars, and parking

8.2. The Organizer may provide travel and lodging recommendations or negotiated rates as a
courtesy but is not involved in booking, payment, or management of these services.​
8.3. The Organizer is not liable for costs, reservation errors, delays, cancellations, quality
issues, schedule changes, or other disputes related to travel or accommodations.​
8.4. Attendees should confirm cancellation, refund, and change policies directly with their
chosen service providers.


9. Medical Treatment

9.1. By attending the Conference, you consent to receiving emergency medical treatment if
deemed necessary by medical professionals or the Organizer’s representatives.​
9.2. The Organizer and its staff are not responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a
result of such treatment.​
9.3. Attendees are responsible for carrying their own health insurance and informing the
Organizer of any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to the event.


10. Severability

10.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable provision had never been included.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of California, USA.​
11.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall first be attempted to
be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of the State of California, county of San Diego Courts.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
