Travel Information

Visas & Entry - Visa processing may take up to 2 months

Some delegates may require a visa to visit Hungary, depending on your passport. It’s best to consult the website of the Hungarian embassy or consulate in your country.

We highly recommend you to process your visa application as soon as possible, as it may take up to 2 months for your visa. End of the year rush and holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa can also delay processing times significantly.

Conference Invitation Letter

In the event that you require a visa to attend NextGen Leaders’ Conferences, we recommend that you obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from us, as this will aid in your visa process. Letters of invitation are only issued to individuals that have registered and accepted as oral presenters, poster presenters, panel and workshop members. This invitation also extends to those who have paid the registration fees and have been accepted to attend NextGen Leaders’ Conferences.

Travel Insurance

Delegates are highly recommended to obtain traveler's insurance as unforeseen circumstances may arise.
